Is 'The Thing' Modifying People's Immune Systems?
New evidence from multiple studies demonstrate a phenomenon we know as 'immune class switching'
Yes you know what “thing” we’re talking about.
A couple studies (1 and 2) recently came out documenting ‘immunoglobin-class-switching’ (a biological mechanism that changes an antibody from one class to another) in some people who had received 2 or more of the Pfizer jabs.
In plain English, that means that certain people’s immune systems have begun to function differently than the were before, sending different immune responses towards areas of infection.
Immune class switching is incredibly complex and my understanding is we don’t even quite know the full extent of how it affects our immune system and our health. Not my area of expertise but I try to at least understand basic principles of how things work. Some might say it’s nothing, or an unknown, or an extremely negative phenomenon that represent’s modification of the body’s innate immune system (not just for fighting this virus but other viruses).
A few of the substack heavy hitters wrote pieces going into IgG4.
Are these guys right? Shit, I can’t say for sure but it makes sense walking through the data.
I am indeed concerned about the possibility of peoples innate immune systems being harmed, and there is some evidence to suggest that repeat frequent inoculations could do that (some mainstream scientists and government agencies have been saying this since early 2022 or earlier). Geert Vanden Bossche has been warning about this since before the first jabs were approved, and he has been censored from nearly every big tech platform despite his overwhelming qualifications and many predictions (what NPCs call “rIghT wIng CoNSpIraciEs”) that seem to have already come true.
A friend told me recently
“I’ve also been seeing a significant number of my (mostly vaccinated) coworkers getting sick over and over again including multiple bouts with COVID, RSV, flu. I’m probably the only unvaccinated person at my workplace, and probably the only person who hasn’t gotten sick yet this year”
Reports like these are anecdotal so I can’t go too far with this, but I’ve been experiencing similar things in my circles.
Are you?
And look at what else is going on out there in data land:
New South Wales hospital admission data during the last week before they decided to stop reporting hospitalizations by vax status
Cleveland Clinic Study shows higher infection rates with each booster:
And there are an unusual number of people diagnosed with RSV and flu ending up the hospital (NY Times called it a Tripledemic!! Aren’t you scared yet!?!?)
Anything to be concerned about in your view? What’s your take on

Class switch towards non-inflammatory, spike-specific IgG4 antibodies after repeated SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination
"Shortly after the initial two mRNA vaccine doses, the IgG response mainly consists of the pro-inflammatory subclasses IgG1 and IgG3. Here, we report that several months after the second vaccination, SARS-CoV-2-specific antibodies were increasingly composed of non-inflammatory IgG4, which were further boosted by a third mRNA vaccination and/or SARS-CoV-2 variant breakthrough infections. IgG4 antibodies among all spike-specific IgG antibodies rose on average from 0.04% shortly after the second vaccination to 19.27% late after the third vaccination."
